This is a freeware version of the WinSpeech 2.0 text-to-speech program.  The
system requirements are IBM PC or compatible computer, running Windows 3.1 or 
higher.  To install the program, run "setup.exe" from Windows Program Manager.

This zip file can be freely distributed under the following two conditions:
1. All the files need to be stayed together and not modified.
2. Since this zip file contains a speaker device driver from the Microsoft
   Corporation, the included license agreement (license.txt) of the device
   driver should also be agreed to.
